Sunday brunch at The Post East in Nashville has become somewhat of a ritual. If you are in the East Nashville area and looking for a chill place for coffee, great food & live music, this is the spot. They make a damn good latte. The vanilla and chai tea ones (with almond milk) are on the top of my list.
The food is great as well. They have a variety of vegan, non-vegan and gluten-free options. They are very accommodating to people with special dietary needs. I've grown particularly fond of their tempeh tacos, vegan waffles and assortment of baked goods.
Owners Tonya Lewis and her husband Chris Cowley are quick to say hello, making you feel at home the moment you walk through the doors. With its rustic charm and laid-back vibes, you're sure to sit and stay awhile.
