Blueberry Lemon Scones
I can't think of anything better to ring in the new season than with a plate full of freshly baked blueberry lemon scones. Yesterday Cameron and I awoke to the beautiful sunshine and a nice breeze outside so I thought it was the perfect time to bake us some flaky goodness. Best Vegan Biscuits!
Ingredients: * 2 cups flour * 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder * 1 teaspoons baking soda * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1/4 cup vegan butter (I like Earth Balance) * 3/4 cup cold soy or almond milk * 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar Mix milk and vinegar.
